Hamburg is a leading business location in Germany. The Hanseatic city offers a high quality of life in combination with a dynamic economic potential, making it attractive to more and more people every year.

The object ABC21 is located in the heart of Hamburg, with the Laeiszhalle (concert venue) only a few steps away. The Axel Springer publishing house is just opposite, the port and Gruner & Jahr publishing house are close by, luxury hotels, classy shopping arcades, offices of international fashion labels, advertising agencies, banks, cinemas and theatres are only minutes away from the ABC21 building.

ABC21 is as individual as its tenants. Its glass-dominated façade, with elegant horizontal metal accentuations, offers a fascinating dynamic screen composed of reflecting sun protection elements. An interplay of light and shade gives the building a lively character. The design concept is carried through to the interior and atrium of the office complex. This is where the highlight of the object can be found: the "Golden Band". The changing materials of this design element place a visual emphasis in horizontal and vertical axes, continuing through the inner courtyard and across a wall up to the fifth floor. Fittings and furnishings such as lighting, sitting steps and benches create a representative attractive recreational atmosphere, especially in the inner courtyard, serving as an interface between work and rest, communication and contemplation.

ABC21 offers an inspiring work atmosphere. The transparency of the glass façades towards the street and the inner courtyard create an impression of a "space within a space", a harmony between inside and outside.
