NuOffice is situated on the Domagkstraße in Munich's Schwabing Nord district bordering Parkstadt Schwabing. The area is characterised by residential and commercial buildings and a generous central green space in the heart of Parkstadt. Plenty of supermarkets and hotels (Star Inn, Rilano, IBIS) are located nearby. NuOffice is situated conveniently with regard to the transport network. Public urban transport is accessible immediately in front of the object. The station Münchner Freiheit is four stops away by tram line 23, providing access to the underground train (U-Bahn) and bus network of Munich. It only takes 3 minutes to get to the most important inner-city ring road, the Mittlere Ring, from where all motorways can be reached. It takes a little under half an hour to get to the airport and about 20 minutes to the main railway station (Hauptbahnhof) located right in the centre of Munich. NuOffice is divided into five parts arranged around two inner courtyards. The offices can be accessed via an entrance on the adjacent Hans-Döllgast-Straße to the west. This entrance is exclusively reserved for NTT-DATA, the tenant occupying most of the building. The northern part of the building is composed of 6 storeys, while the western and eastern parts are only 5 storeys high. Towards the south, the building consists of a 2-storey restaurant area, with a connecting bridge on the 2nd upper floor above spanning the western and eastern wings. On the ground floor, the southern and northern wings are linked by a single-storey structure forming the two inner courtyards. The building mainly contains offices and meeting rooms and a restaurant area on the ground and first floor of the southern part of the building. A perforated façade and composite thermal insulation system covers the reinforced concrete structure of the building. Technical equipment, storage and ancillary areas for all the rented units and an underground car park are distributed over two basement levels. These two storeys connect the buildings located at DOM 2 and DOM 3 and constitute shared property secured by easements.
