Clear structures and energy-efficient construction have created a residential ensemble that meets today's standards of comfort and sustainability.

The “Am Maiweg 12–26” project has created a contemporary residential complex that exemplifies the requirements for modern housing construction in medium-sized cities and thus forms a solid basis for further technical and strategic analyses within the scope of our consulting services.
ARGOS Projektmanagement GmbH carried out an ESG assessment for the property as part of the technical due diligence. The aim was to evaluate the company according to current sustainability standards and classify it along the CRREM path and climate neutrality targets for 2045.
