The BEONE Frankfurt office property at Bleichstraße 1 is a prestigious location in the city center, nestled between the Zeil shopping mile and Bethmannpark. The seven-story building was constructed in 2003 and has around 7,400 m² of rental space.

This included an energy assessment of the building, verification of ESG and EU taxonomy compliance, and CRREM analyses to map long-term decarbonization pathways. In addition, compliance with legal requirements and possible funding opportunities were examined.
