These senior care facilities offer residents premium living conditions and comfort-level care in an above-average environment with a homely character. Personalised comfort care in apartments and full individual care allows the senior residences to also meet more exclusive requirements. Senior Residences have an additional special comfort dementia living area.

The design of the residences is intentionally communicative. They offer residents maximum comfort and in addition to an own apartment, generously designed common rooms such as lounges with sitting areas, function rooms for communal activities, attractive gardens and furnished sun terraces.

The Senior Residence is situated in the south of Potsdam in an area called Teltower Vorstadt, on the south-western side of the Heinrich-Mann-Allee. Residential and commercial buildings are located immediately adjacent to the Senior Residence. Only a few hundred metres away are Potsdam's main railway station, the Templiner See (lake) and the green spaces of the inner city of Potsdam (Friedensinsel). 

The 3-winged building constructed in 2004–2006 has 5 storeys proper with a partial loft conversion under a mansard roof. Generous communal terraces with a view of well-kept gardens face the courtyard side. The care facility offers its residents every comfort: an attractive foyer with reception area, cosy common rooms on each floor, an in-house restaurant, communal terraces and lovely gardens. There is even a hairdresser in the house.

The living facility comprises a total of 106 apartments and suites of various sizes and comfort levels, with an integrated full in-house dementia care area and 13 parking spaces.
