The objects of this user included in the "Green" portfolio are senior living and care facilities with focus on premium dementia care. The objects with a total area of approximately 68,000 m² were set up from 2005 onwards either in new purposely built constructions or after change of use of listed buildings. They are distributed across all of western Germany and currently operated by the owner.

The architectural design of villas situated in exposed and prime locations is intentionally communicative. The special charm of the objects is also attributable to appropriate Gründerzeit design elements based on high-quality furnishings and carefully selected materiality. Ceiling heights of 2.75 m in common and living areas, as well as elaborate technical building equipment give rise to a luxurious impression and corresponding comfort. All objects have garden grounds and several furnished sun terraces completing the high-class impression of the building complexes.

Senior living facility residents are offered premium living conditions and comfort-level care in a stylish Gründerzeit environment with a homely character. More exclusive demands can also met by the houses through provision of requirements-based comfort care in apartments and individual round-the-clock care. The living facilities comprise a total of 751 apartments and suites of various sizes and comfort levels with an additional special comfort dementia living area. They offer residents maximum comfort and in addition to an own apartment, generously designed common rooms such as chimney rooms, lounges with sitting areas, function rooms for communal activities, attractive gardens and furnished sun terraces. Each furthermore has an own restaurant, bistro and private dining room for family celebrations.
