The residential and commercial building at Lieberweg 42 in Munich was completed in 2017. The property combines large-scale retail space on the ground floor with residential space on the upper floors. In 2020, the property was transferred to Praeclarus LW GmbH & Co. KG and has since been part of the Praeclarus Group's portfolio.
